Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant - $1,467 per week
Travel assignment for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant in Mill Valley, California.
Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing personalized treatment plans developed by physical therapists
- Provide therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patient function and mobility
- Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising physical therapist
- Educate patients and families on exercise techniques and safety measures
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient sessions and progress
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care
- Support discharge planning and facilitate continuity of care as needed
Requirements
- Completion of accredited PTA program
- Completion of National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE)
- CA PTA licensure/certification
- First Aid Certifications (BLS) strongly recommended
Pay
$1,444.35 - $1,489.02 per week
Schedule
- 13-week assignment
- Day shift, 8 hours per day
- 40 hours per week
- On-site at a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
