About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week contract starting July 26, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
- Assist patients with exercises and activities to improve their mobility and strength.
- Document patient progress and treatment plans in medical records.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in California.
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a SNF setting.
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay
The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Days shift, 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day.
