Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant - $1,440 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting July 13, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
• Assist patients with exercises and activities to improve their mobility and strength.
• Document patient progress and treatment plans in medical records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of NH.
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a SNF setting.
• Knowledge of therapeutic modalities and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Pay

Tax-free stipend amount to be determined based on 12-hour shifts and 35 hours per week.

Schedule

12-hour shifts, 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
