Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant - $1,390 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week contract position starting July 12, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of licensed physical therapists.
• Assist patients with exercises, treatments, and activities of daily living.
• Document patient progress and treatment plans in medical records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.

Requirements

• Current certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA).
• Experience in SNF settings preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of therapeutic modalities and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE).

Skills

• Proficiency in computer software for documentation and scheduling.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to adapt to different patient needs and environments.

Pay

• Based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
• Tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
