Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant - $1,338 per week
Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing personalized treatment plans developed by physical therapists
- Provide therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patient function and mobility
- Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising physical therapist
- Educate patients and families on exercise techniques and safety measures
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient sessions and progress
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care
- Support discharge planning and facilitate continuity of care as needed
Qualifications
- Completion of accredited PTA program
- Completion of National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE)
- PA PTA licensure/certification
- First Aid Certifications (BLS) strongly recommended
About the Role
Pioneer Healthcare Services is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a 12-week assignment starting ASAP in Morrisville, Pennsylvania. The position offers 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, and is located at a Skilled Nursing Facility - SNF setting.
Pay, Benefits, and Schedule
Pay: $1,317.18 - $1,357.92 / week
Benefits: Medical, dental, vision insurance, 401K, and relocation assistance are provided. A tax-free stipend amount will be determined.
Requirements
Completion of accredited PTA program
Completion of National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE)
PA PTA licensure/certification
First Aid Certifications (BLS) strongly recommended
