Travel Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) position in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting in Martin, TN. This role involves assisting in the implementation of personalized treatment plans and providing therapeutic care to improve patient function and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing personalized treatment plans developed by physical therapists
• Provide therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patient function and mobility
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising physical therapist
• Educate patients and families on exercise techniques and safety measures
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient sessions and progress
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care
• Support discharge planning and facilitate continuity of care as needed

Requirements

• Completion of accredited PTA program
• Completion of National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE)
• TN PTA licensure/certification
• First Aid Certifications (BLS) strongly recommended

Pay

$1,316.43 - $1,357.14 per week

Schedule

• 12-week assignment
• Day shift, 8 hours per day
• 40 hours per week
• On-site at a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
