Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant - $1,330 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting
• Assist licensed physical therapists in performing therapeutic exercises and treatments
• Help patients with activities of daily living
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of Oregon
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field preferred

• Proficient in using medical equipment and technology
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

We are looking for a healthcare professional who is ready to provide exceptional patient care in this contract/travel role. Shifts are typically 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.
