Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care to facilitate recovery from injuries and manage chronic conditions in a SNF setting.
- Assist patients through therapeutic interventions, contribute to recovery goals, and support overall patient well-being.
- Deliver therapy services over 8-hour shifts, typically 40 hours per week, in a travel capacity.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams, adapt therapy plans to individual needs, and ensure compliance with clinical standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution approved by the APTA.
- Active State License required.
- BLS Certification may be needed.
Skills
