Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services in a Skilled Nursing setting
- Work 8-hour shifts for 40 hours weekly
- Perform assessment, planning, and implementation of therapy interventions to improve patient outcomes
- Maintain documentation
- Collaborate with healthcare teams
