About the role
Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist position available in Rhinelander, Wisconsin.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in SNFs
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient assessments
- Document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with facility policies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient care coordination
Requirements
- Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in Wisconsin
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in SNF setting preferred
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
- Current CPR certification
Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Proficiency in computer software for documentation
