About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Vacaville, California.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
- Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and facility policies.
- Document patient care in EPIC EMR system.
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist License.
- Current BLS/BCLS Certification.
- Experience with EPIC EMR preferred.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited PT program.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in providing physical therapy services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Skilled in using EPIC EMR.
- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities.
Pay
Weekly Gross: $2,800.00
Schedule
40 hours per week, 8-hour shift.
