About the Role
The organization is seeking a Physical Therapist specializing in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) services in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. The position involves providing patient-centered physical therapy care within a facility setting, adhering to facility protocols and standards to support patient recovery and mobility.
This is a travel assignment with a duration of 13 weeks, starting on 09/07/2026.
Schedule
- Day shift, 8 hours per shift
- Minimum of 40 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans
- Document patient progress in accordance with facility protocols and regulatory guidelines
Requirements
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Minimum of 0 years of experience

Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
