About the Role
Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Lancaster, New Hampshire. This position involves providing therapeutic services to patients in a skilled nursing environment, supporting patient recovery and functional improvement through individualized treatment plans.
Responsibilities
- Deliver patient assessments
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Document patient progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Adhere to facility policies and protocols, including SOPs and HCF guidelines
Requirements
- Certification as a licensed Physical Therapist
- Valid state licensure
- Minimum of 0 years of professional experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting
Schedule
- Days shift with 8 hours per day
- Minimum of 40 hours per week
- Start Date: 08/31/2026
