Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist - $2,446 per week

Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a full‑time Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) contract in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The 13‑week assignment begins on 8/24/2026 and offers 40 hours per week on 8‑hour day shifts, working with adult and geriatric patients in a collaborative post‑acute rehab environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and reassessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and physician orders.
• Treat orthopedic, neurological, post‑surgical, and medically complex patients.
• Provide gait training, balance training, therapeutic exercise, transfer training, and functional mobility interventions.
• Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, occupational therapy, speech‑language pathology, and case management.
• Educate patients and caregivers on safety strategies and home exercise programs.
• Complete timely documentation and progress reporting.

Requirements

• Virginia Physical Therapist license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• SNF or post‑acute experience preferred.
