Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist - $2,420 per week

About the role

Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 14-week contract starting ASAP in Rochester, New Hampshire.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Adhere to all professional standards and regulations related to physical therapy practice.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Active Physical Therapist License.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current CPR certification.

Skills

• Strong clinical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

Weekly Gross: $2,420.00 (Based on 40 hr)

Plus Additional: $200.00 Travel Reimbursement

Schedule

35 hours per week, 8 hours shift
