About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Wilmington, Delaware.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Work 35 hours per week, 8 hours per shift.
- Flexibility to work between two split locations.
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) License.
- SNF experience preferred.
- Flexibility to work between split locations.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Delaware.
Skills
- Skilled in providing physical therapy services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay
Weekly gross: $2,380.00
Schedule
35 hours per week, 8 hours per shift.
