The Good Life MedStaff is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a position in Shelbyville, Illinois.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Document all patient interactions and treatments accurately.
Requirements
- Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Illinois.
- At least one year of experience in a SNF setting preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Pass a background check.

Pay
