Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist - $2,178 per week

About the Role

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist in Greer, South Carolina. This is a 13-week travel assignment with a 40-hour workweek and 8-hour day shifts. The role offers an opportunity to help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Document patient care using NetHealth documentation (experience preferred).
• Maintain Monday through Friday availability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active South Carolina Physical Therapy license (required to start the assignment).
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC (may be required).
• Experience in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
• Resume must be provided for submission.
