About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Oakland City, Indiana.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist License
- Current BLS/BCLS Certification
Pay
Weekly Gross: $2,160.00 (Based on 40 hours)
Schedule
8 hours per day, 40 hours per week
