About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Orangeburg, South Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Adhere to all professional standards and regulations related to physical therapy practice.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately and timely.
Requirements
- Active South Carolina Physical Therapist License.
Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
8 hours per day, 5 days a week.
