Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility.

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist license.
• Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility (LTC/SNF) setting.
• Willingness to travel for 13-week assignments.

Schedule

• 40 hours per week.
• 8-hour shifts.
• Start date: 09/28/2026.
• Duration: 13 weeks.

Estimated weekly payments include hourly wages, meal and incidental reimbursements, and housing expenses. Benefits (medical/dental/vision) are in addition to weekly pay. Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week, with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined upon formal offer.
