Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
• Provide therapy to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and families on exercise programs and injury prevention
• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Implement interventions in various settings
• Participate in discharge planning and coordinate follow-up care for continued rehabilitation

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy
• New Jersey Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Current BLS/CPR Certification

Pay

$2,090.43 – $2,155.08 per week, based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
