Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist - $2,085 per week

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
• Successful completion of a SNF setting experience
• Location within the service area
• At least 1 year of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional certifications related to SNF patient care or specialty certifications in physical therapy

Schedule

• Days shift with 8 hours per day and a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Start Date: 12/01/2026
• Float: Float rotation may be required
