Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist - $2,070 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract starting July 13, 2026, in Sparks, Nevada.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Document patient care activities and progress in electronic medical records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines

Requirements

• Current licensure to practice physical therapy in Nevada
• At least one year of recent relevant experience in a skilled nursing facility setting
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations and reimbursement processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
• Current CPR certification

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in electronic medical record systems (NetHealth/PCC preferred)

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. The estimated weekly payment includes hourly wages, meal and incidental expenses, and housing expenses incurred on behalf of the company. Additional benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance are in addition to the weekly pay.
