Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist - $2,072 per week

About the role

Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you’ll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical condition and develop treatment plans
• Provide hands-on physical therapy to improve mobility and strength
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document progress and communicate with patients and families

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC (may be required)

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred
• Experience working in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) is a plus

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift, start date: 07/16/2026, duration: 13 weeks.
