Job Details
Location: Cheyenne, WY
Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications
Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program
At least 2 years of experience working in a SNF or similar setting
Proficiency with PointClickCare electronic medical records system
Ability to work in the United States
Excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Geriatric populations
Interdisciplinary team collaboration
