Days shifts; 8 hours per day; minimum of 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license
- Certification in point-of-care electronic medical record (EMR) system
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Physical Therapy
- Based in Washington state or willing to obtain licensure there
- With at least 2 years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in Skilled Nursing Facilities
- Familiarity with PointClickCare EMR system
- Recent clinical experience within the past 2 years

Pay Package
Based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
