About the role
Pioneer Healthcare Services is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Galloway, New Jersey. This on-site position offers a 40-hour workweek with 8-hour day shifts in a skilled nursing facility setting.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide therapy to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on exercise programs and injury prevention
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Implement interventions in various settings
- Participate in discharge planning and coordinate follow-up care for continued rehabilitation
Requirements
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- New Jersey Physical Therapist (PT) license
- Current BLS/CPR Certification
Pay
$1,823.6 - $1,880 per week

- 13-week assignment
- Day shift, 5x8 hours (up to 40 hours per week)
