Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist - $1,575 per week

Anders Group is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment at a SNF in Green Valley, Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Adhere to all regulatory and facility-specific policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Arizona.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility setting preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations and reimbursement processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
• Current CPR certification.
