Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist Assistant - $2,000 per week

Triage Staffing is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting early September 2026 in Hollister, California.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of an occupational therapist.
• Assess patients' functional abilities and develop treatment plans to improve their quality of life.
• Implement therapeutic activities and exercises to promote recovery and independence.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient care coordination.
• Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately.

Requirements

• Current California License.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience in SNF/OP/IPS settings preferred.
• Passionate about providing high-quality care to patients.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy assistant program.
• Completion of all required clinical hours.
• Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices.

Pay

Competitive pay package tailored to individual qualifications and experience.

Schedule

5 x 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with the possibility of canceling one shift per 3-week pay period due to low census.
