OneStaff Medical is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist Assistant for a 13-week contract.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services to patients in SNFs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans to improve functional abilities.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Current Kansas license to practice as an Occupational Therapist Assistant.
• BLS/AHA certification required.

Qualifications

• At least one year of recent full-time professional experience as an Occupational Therapist Assistant.
• Experience in SNF settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Proficient in using OT assessment tools.
• Knowledge of occupational therapy techniques and interventions.
• Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
