Job Details

  • Location: Fairmont, West Virginia

  • Position: Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

  • Schedule: Days, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week

Required Qualifications

  • Certification from an accredited occupational therapy assistant program

  • Current state licensure or registration as applicable

  • At least 1 year of experience working in healthcare

  • A valid drivers license if required by the facility

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting

  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems

  • CPR certification

Additional Information

Responsibilities include implementing patient treatment plans, documenting patient progress, and ensuring compliance with all applicable standards and regulations. Candidates should demonstrate effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
