Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a 13-week contract in Fremont, California.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans to improve functional abilities.
- Document patient progress and communicate with interdisciplinary team members.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist.
- Active Occupational Therapist License.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited program in Occupational Therapy.
- Current California Occupational Therapist License.
Skills
- Skilled in assessing and treating patients with various conditions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
Pay
Weekly Gross: $2,720.00 (Based on 40 hours)
Schedule
8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.
