Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist - $2,500 per week

iDEAL Hire is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a 13‑week assignment in Brookings, Oregon, starting ASAP. The position is full‑time (40 hours per week) on day shifts (8‑hour shifts) as a travel role.

Responsibilities

• Complete functional assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for residents
• Provide therapeutic interventions focused on activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, and safety
• Communicate resident progress and recommendations with the interdisciplinary team and families
• Collaborate with COTAs and Rehab Aides to ensure consistent, high-quality care
• Foster a positive, resident-centered rehabilitation environment

Requirements

• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Active Oregon Occupational Therapy license or eligibility to obtain
• CPR certification or ability to obtain prior to start
