Schedule
Day shifts, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapist license
- At least 1 year of experience working in long-term care (LTC) or rehabilitation settings
- Education requirements met for occupational therapy credentialing
- Missouri licensure
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supervising occupational therapy assistants, rehabilitation aides, or students
- Familiarity with regulatory and clinical documentation standards
- Participation in multidisciplinary team meetings
Duties
Candidates must adhere to professional practice acts and ethical standards as defined by NBCOT and AOTA. All documentation and treatment minutes must comply with regulatory requirements. Participation in facility meetings, training, and conferences is expected. Supervision of therapy assistants and support staff is part of the role, along with establishing necessary equipment or supplies as per clinical standards.
