Required Qualifications
- Certification as an Occupational Therapist (OT) with a minimum of 2 years of experience working in SNF environments.
- Valid licensure in Oregon.

- Experience with elderly populations in SNF settings.
- Familiarity with federal and state healthcare regulations.
- Strong interdisciplinary communication skills.

Pay Package
Based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
