About the role
Occupational Therapist (OT) specializing in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) is sought for a 13-week travel assignment in Lebanon, New Hampshire. The role involves providing therapeutic services to patients in a skilled nursing environment, focusing on rehabilitation and functional independence. The position is scheduled for daytime shifts, with a standard workweek of at least 40 hours starting from August 3, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Carry out assessments and develop treatment plans for patients in a SNF setting.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.
- Adhere to facility-specific protocols and standards of care, including compliance with relevant AHA and ENA guidelines.
- Demonstrate proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
Requirements
- Valid Occupational Therapist license.
- Certification as an Occupational Therapist (OT).
- Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- New Hampshire state license.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in occupational therapy in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with adult patient populations in a SNF setting.
Schedule
- Day shift, 8 hours per shift.
- Minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Assignment duration: 13 weeks, starting August 3, 2026.
