Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist - $2,234 per week

About the Role

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) passionate about helping patients regain independence following hospitalization or illness in a skilled nursing setting. This role focuses on functional recovery, ADLs, and safe discharge planning. New grads are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and physical impairments
• Address ADLs, IADLs, upper-extremity rehab, and adaptive strategies
• Provide 1:1 patient-centered care
• Collaborate with PT, SLP, nursing, and case management
• Complete accurate documentation and discharge planning

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active (or pending) state OT license
• SNF experience preferred, not required

Pay

Competitive weekly pay, guaranteed hours. Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week, with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, days (07:00-15:00).
