Pulse Healthcare Services is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting September 7, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans to improve physical, cognitive, and psychosocial functioning.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient care goals are met.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of North Carolina.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent relevant experience in SNF or similar settings.
• Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• ACOTE accredited.
• Current CPR certification.

Schedule
