Critical Connection, inc is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a travel job in Lakewood, New Jersey. Start date: 10/19/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Employment type: Travel. 40 hours per week, 8‑hour day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and physical impairments
• Address ADLs, IADLs, upper‑extremity rehab, and adaptive strategies
• Provide 1:1 patient‑centered care
• Collaborate with PT, SLP, nursing, and case management
• Complete accurate documentation and discharge planning

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active (or pending) state OT license
• SNF experience preferred, not required

Pay
