Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist - $2,075 per week

About the role

The Good Life MedStaff is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in SNF settings
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with facility policies

Requirements

• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• At least one year of recent full-time professional experience in SNF setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
