Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist - $2,070 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a 13-week contract starting July 11, 2026, in Couer d'Alene, Idaho.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions to promote functional independence
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document patient progress and outcomes in electronic medical records

Requirements

• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• At least one year of relevant clinical experience
• Proficiency in using PCC/Nethealth EMR system

Qualifications

• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Skilled in assessing and treating patients with various conditions
• Effective problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
