Pay
Weekly gross pay: $2,056.00 (based on 40 hours). Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in West Virginia
- Current BLS Certification
