Job Details: Weekly Gross: $2,052.00 (Based on 40 hrs), Location: Spring TX, Contract Length: 13 Weeks, Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week, Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapist License
- BLS/BCLS Certification
- SNF/LTC Experience (preferred)
