Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist - $2,020 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting ASAP in Kingstree, South Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting
• Work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift
• Assist patients with activities of daily living
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Document patient care in accordance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in South Carolina
• Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Passing score on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) exam
• Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Skilled in assessing and treating patients with physical, cognitive, and emotional impairments
• Proficient in using assistive devices and adaptive equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
