Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist - $2,020 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 10, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in SNFs
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Minnesota
• At least two years of recent, relevant clinical experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations and reimbursement processes

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in computer software, including electronic medical records systems

• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed

Pay

• Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation)
• Tax-free stipend amount to be determined
