Pioneer Healthcare Services is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in South Hill, Virginia. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by providing therapy in a skilled nursing setting.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy to enhance functional abilities and promote independence
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on adaptive strategies and equipment use
- Monitor and document patient progress and treatment outcomes
- Implement interventions in various settings
- Participate in discharge planning and transitional care coordination
Requirements
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Virginia Occupational Therapy Licensure
Pay
$1,564.16 - $1,612.54 per week
Schedule
- 13-week assignment
- Day shift, 8 hours per day, up to 40 hours per week
- On-site at a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
