Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist - $1,525 per week
Schedule
Shift hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license
- Active State licensure or registration
- A minimum of 1 year of OTA experience with long-term care (LTC) or rehabilitation settings
- Specialized experience in skilled nursing facilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting students under the guidance of an Occupational Therapist
- Familiarity with electronic documentation systems

The role involves assessing patient progress, documenting treatment sessions accurately, participating in care conferences, and working collaboratively with the healthcare team. Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
