Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist Licensure/Certification in Oregon
- American Heart Association BLS
- At least 1-year of experience as an Occupational Therapist
- Prior experience in an SNF preferred
Occupational Therapist Contract Details
- $1,680 - $1,875 per week*
- 13-week contract with possibility of extension
- Skilled Nursing Facility
Responsibilities
Responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of Occupational Therapist services at the facility
Ensures services are provided in accordance with other departments and caregivers
