Triage Staffing is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 12-week assignment starting August 24, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed occupational therapists in providing therapeutic activities to patients.
• Implement treatment plans based on patient needs and therapist direction.
• Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient care coordination.

Requirements

• Current certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Experience working in a SNF setting preferred.
• Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy assistant program.
• Pass a background check.
